Brazilian Bikini Body Basics

This is not a low carbohydrate plan however grains are limited to small portions and the majority of carbohydrates are obtained from fruit and vegetables. There is also a small dessert offering on the daily menu. Dairy products are not completely eliminated but are very limited.

The emphasis is on fresh foods with fruit smoothies and juices, vegetable salads, grilled seafood and meat with the addition of nuts and legumes to round out the meal plans.

Recommended Foods

The Brazilian superfood acai berry is the foundation of the Brazilian Bikini Body diet and is recommended in abundance because it is very high in antioxidants, dietary fiber and healthy fats. Cashews, Brazil nuts and coconuts are other Brazilian foods that are recommended.

    OMG!…read what the article says…it doesn’t say you will have a BRAZILIAN BODY – plus, there are millions of Brazilian with different types of bodies! But the article says….the trainer will share with readers her advice on how to eat and exercise the Brazilian way. She is sharing a lifestyle plan that would allow her to eat normally but also keep her body fit and strong.

    Total Rubbish!! The Brazillian women have a certain shape….so for example, if you have small hips and broad shoulders then n matter how much fat you gain or lose your shape will be as it is, but just bigger or smaller….unless you are willing to get boob and hip/buttok implants….This is proven if you just look around you. Does every woman that’s fit and eats healthy have a Brazillian body?? It’s all down to shape. If you have it then you can tone around it, if you don’t then you just tone around the shape you have, which is no necessarily Brazillian!
