interesting. as for organic being expensive it truly isnt. when you weigh out the actual cost of clean food compared to manufactured fast foods.

organic chicken breast $4.99 a lb to last a week compared to $6.99 extra value meal for one day all week?

plus Trader Joes sells great organic products for way less than whole foods or other stores i seen and the quality of food is awesome.

this is a must try plan except the egg part since im allergic to them

The concept of fasting in many cultures esp Asian cultures is a natural body cleaning and detox therapy. Fasts (you have only fruits and water) can last from 1 day to 3 days to 7 days (Eid- Muslim fasting festival for approx 7 days). So essentially, following a healthy fruit based diet with lots of water cleanses your system

  • Breanna

Wow. Definitely sounds intriguing. Just might try this.
