Baked Tortilla Chips with Cheese and Olives Recipe

A great low GI appetizer to eat before a meal or as a snack during your favorite TV show or sporting event.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz. low sodium, baked tortilla chips
  • 2 oz. low fat, low sodium shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 olives

Optional: Jalapeno Peppers, low-fat sour cream, guacamole

Directions

Chop olives and mix with shredded cheese. Place over tortilla chips. Heat under the oven broiler until cheese is melted. Shown with optional jalapenos, sour cream, and guacamole
