  • 2 oz grilled fish
  • 1 c shredded cabbage
  • 2 corn tortillas
  • 2 T light sour cream
  • 2 c grilled veggies marinated in 2 T light Italian dressing
  • 1 tsp olive oil
Evening Snack

  • 2 Tbsp hummus
  • 2 whole grain rye crispbreads

    I am allergic to gluten but you can substitute that with rice flour based products or potato bread. The rice based products should have a low gi load.
