Hi Im 16 and I would like to loose around 10-15 pounds and about an inch and 1/2 from my waist. I dont have a lot of time for exercise after school. Im mostly vegetarian but am open to egg. What kind of a diet plan would you suggestto loose those pounds fast?

HI,Three months ago I had my third cesarea, I have 140 Pounds and I’d like to loose 20 Pounds specially in my stomach how many hours should I exercise and what kind of diet I should follow to get my goals.

There is a new potato chip on the market that has less fat that baked potato chips. They are called Pop Chips. They’re not fried or baked but when heat is added the chips pop then they’re cooked. Just thought I’d mention it.
i would like to lose weight as fast as possible, its the winter weight and i have to lose 15-20kg before october, i love sweet stuff and i do try 2 exercise lightly but i think i need to up my game in terms of diet. Mike, Try taking Lovaza (potent fish oil, omega 3) You can get a prescription from your Dr. Also, try to cut back on your carbs. My husband had the same issue and these two changes have him on track!

would really love it if you could provide a list of high protein things to eat for breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner…you get the picture. Quantity would be great too. Then, from there I can incorporate meals. It’s a lot to incorporate meals when you’re just getting started on this. you wanna be able to grab or fix things really quick…with things you already have on hand at the house. thanks!

I have been on the grapefruit diet for 4 cycles now. I lost 20# in the first and second cycles, but have lost nothing since?
Oh, I forgot to mention, not only am I lacose Intolerant, but I also have Colitus …. so the food I eat which is Lactose free could trigger off issues with my colitus and vice verser …. any suggestions??

Find functional medicine specialist in your area, it’s probably the best you can do for your precious self.
I have been battling high triglyceride levels for 25 years. I’m now 50, 5′-9 1/2″, 182lbs. I could do more exercise, but eat pretty well. My recent checkup has shown a trigyl lvl of 362, glucose fast of 186, platelets of 122, 3 nodules in my thyroid w/ normal levels. MD’s want me to take Actos 15mg, Crestor 10mg,Onglizer 5mg, and Trilipix ?mg. Reading about Leptin is making me furious with my MD’s. What do I do???
I tried this lifestyle change for two weeks with the menu found in woman’s world last year and I did loose weight as well as my abdomen did shrink. I have had hormonal imbalance since I had my first period so i am going to try this again as I have gained weight and I would guess I am undereating. Thanks

I’m not sure what you want us to do…there are many free programs out there like spark people. If you have trouble limiting food portions and choosing healthy foods then you might have to invest in some structured program such as a diet food delivery service.
