This plan works for new moms, working people who are busy and people who think dieting is TOO hard to do. He advocates that this is NOT a DIET but re-educating yourself on how to feed yourself for your type and your own issues. He knows the emotional side of healthy eating VERY well! Try it out, it will work if you are willing to work it!
I love this plan. But I believe it’s one God should get credit for. If God didn’t make it don’t eat it. Satan made diet drinks by the way.
