If you cant find them on the website, just google LA MEAL PLAN and it should bring them up. free of charge, might i add. and yes, I successfully lost an average of 5-7lbs a week with LAW & two of my best friends had the same results with them too...and it was easy. all of the meal plans are on the LA website. you pick out which one you want and download the adobe file and print it yourself.
