		<description>I did it a couple months ago and lost about 7 pounds. I was surprised because I only did it for 2 days. I did gain about 2 pounds back over the following week. I&#039;m doing it again starting today and don&#039;t see why he says to avoid cardio... ?? Oh well I&#039;m going to keep working out and walking and see what happens. 		<description>Trisha- There is such thing as too much protein-your body turns any excess protein into fat or just flushes it out! I wouldn&#039;t totally skip the protein day you definatly need it but that amount is crazy. Try doing three days of the fruit and raw salad.</description>
