Hey,

It’s .35cc of each b6 and b12(total of .70cc) no need for neobex. I never used neobex at the clinic and lost weight. As for needle size im using 22 gauge 1inch. Depends if you’re going to be doing IM injections or SC.

OMG.

Too much confusion in HERE!! Let me try to explain some things to those who have never gone to DR BERSTEIN and are trying to rely on confusing information that I see here.

I just completed 3 weeks on Dr Bernstein. Lost 15 pounds:)
I go to the Yorkdale Clinic. The medical receptionist that no longer works there is a close friend of mine so here are the secrets.

The Injections you Receive are a MIXTURE of Vitamen B12 and b6. Please do not mix the NEO-BEX with any of these. They are not ment for that. When I was at the clinic and i was on my period they only gave me a Bcom injection which is the NEO-BEX. The Neo-Bex is used to help you not retain water and also helps with pain relief.

The other trick of the DIET is called STARVATION…get ur body kicked into KETOSIS…AND STAY IN KETOSIS until your body cant handle it , in which case u eat a little.

Simple huh?

Just wanted to know if its a total for 35ml or both B6 and B12 (15ml of each) or if its 35ml of each (70ml)

I’m trying to sort out all this valuable information. I’m hearing 35ml of B6 and B12. What about neo-bex? Do we still need this? Does it matter how deep we inject the needle? 1/2″ or deeper???

has anyone reached ketosis yet? i have – the strips show dark purple, so im getting kinda nervous…at the clinic it would be considered a good thing, but i have been reading online that being on ketosis is really dangerous…

Hey Nadia,

I’m doing it SC as well. Bought the B6 today for $47.50 and B12 for $5.99.

As for the diet im not fully following Bernsteins but im sticking to a 1000calorie diet and hopefully these shots will aid in my weight loss. Today is day 1 I will let everyone know how it goes.

I was previously on the Bernstein diet and lost a good 35lbs in 2.5months but found it too expensive and hard to cope with in terms of how little I was eating.
