I pretty much eat the Asian style diet , but with fresh raw vegetables. How ever it does make sense about eating cooked vegetables. I am 77 years old & so far healthy. I do watch sugars & carbs. I’ve been walking & doing exersising since a teenager. Before I retired 2 yrs. Ago I would walk 5 miles before I went to work. Now I just walk 30 min.a day 5 -6 tines a week.
