    cancer stage 4 survivor…one working kidney.heart issues and blood press and diabetes……also sever neuropathy from chemo….depression of course…66 years ol and no9 n no living family at all…haven’t driven in two year not in a store for one year…..living like no one cares…thank you

      OMG! This book is the best one I have ever read and have read from cover to cover. The most integral part is getting the Amen Cook book which is my next goal…I have suffered from anxiety and depression for a long time and being a nurse and dealing with head injury cases etc. his book is right on point, I could never lose the weight and could not stay motivated and this book alone has helped me to self-motivate myself, get on Welbutrin and I started @ 172 lbs. and then I lost ten lbs. walking and keeping my pedometer on all times to make each goal 10,000 steps I went to 162 lbs and now I am @ 154 lbs, this is what i do…I have coffee in the morning which is not per his recommendation as i use splenda with 1 gm fiber then for breakfast i have a get right smoothee with Almond Milk or a fruit smoothee and continue to work out…snack is fruit and nuts @ 10 if desired and @ 12 noon I may have a healthy sandwich with lots of vegies, dinner i have soup e.g. as Minestrone or some healthy homemade soup and i have a spinach salad on the side, raw vegies e.g sliced cucumbers.It is all in making a great healthy salad as your main course.
