i already recommended it 2 ma friendz..i lost weight but after the 3rd day i gained the weight back...only bc i ate unhealthy...WAT DO U EXPECT...u eat pizza n chipz n junkfood rite afta a low calorie diet..ur body iz not gonna b used 2 all that food...idk wat im talkn bout now lol!! TRY IT N C!!! IT WORKZ JUST EAT GOOD AFTA DIETING...</description>

		<description>I am 36 years old, and I am a yo-yo dieter.  I have tried all sorts of diets, but I can truly say that this diet really works. But u must follow the diet exactly how they tell u!! U defenitely will lose the weight.  I can&#039;t promise u it will be 10 pounds in a week, but u will defenitley lose something.  Everybody is different.  Two weeks b-4 my wedding, i was still not satisfied with my weight loss(183lbs)(after doing all types of diets).  So I did the 3 day diet and lost 12 pounds(171 lbs),  so i would say i must have lost 6 pounds each week.  I was defenitely satisfied. I felt and looked damn good in my dress.  It is a quick fast weight loss, so be careful!!  U must eat moderately the next four days of the week.  I have gained my weight back and am now back on the diet again.</description>
