Background
18 pounds in 4 days is a weight loss program that was created by James Zeta. In his search for the solution to his own weight loss concerns he states that he discovered a special combination of foods that enabled him to lose weight rapidly.

This diet is completely a SCAM!!! Don’t purchase it, no matter how desperate you are. I did — silly me. Didn’t receive the plan until a couple of days later after I emailed James Zeta asking where is my order, since he already had my $27.00. Bought all the food, exactly followed the plan …. had terrible headaches the first day … by day 2 afternoon I got so sick …. I’ve never been that sick in my entire life …. spent the next 2 days practically living in the bathroom …. didn’t lose an ounce. But, at least the program has a Money Back Guarantee, right?! No way — still haven’t seen my money refunded. He requires you to send him the paypal receipt and a scan of your grocery receipt(s). Even with all this, he still won’t give me my $27.00 back. Shame on you James Zeta!

you people are a bunch of belly achin’ liars. I’ve read some what the diet plan. its simple and not stupid like a low cal. or low carb diet, im thinking of checking into it. It is not extremly unhealthy, I know someone who lost 30lbs in 1 week. and he was fine except for fatigue. If i loose the 18lbs ya’ll are gonna feel like morons. and people if u weigh 140-145lbs YOUR NOT FAT! so quit sayin it, we fat people get tired of your whining all the time. so eat a salad with non fat dressing and get over it. to the people that are going to try this, hope you loose it fat that is.

i’d say 18lbs in 4 days is impossible anyway.. unless you exercised around the clock and only ate vegetable and weighed 300lbs to start with. anyone only looking to lose 20 or less lbs, there’s NO WAY this diet is going to work for you.
eat 1500 cals a day and exercise 1.5 hrs a day. it will come off
i did this diet the right way, everything exactly as directed and only lost 4 pounds. However, im only 141 pounds at 5’8 so i didnt have much weight to lose. Either way, this isnt the miracle diet that its projected as, and you dont feel good from day 2 on forward.
OMG I think starving myself would have been more enjoyable. My friend and I went on this because we were desperate to lose weight fast which made us extremely gullible. After suffering through it, I think we both lost 6 pounds. It is a joke. I wouldnt go on it again if they promised I’d lose 25 lbs in 4 days. It was torture. The only bright spot is that every diet plan after this one seems like a cake walk.

I ordered the plan and recieved a reciept number as well and did not get a link to it as well. I sent him an email, he stated that it takes him 48 hours to return, it has been a week and I still have nothing. I wish that I would have read this before I ordered the stupid thing. I guess he needed my 27 dollars more than I did, He is such a ripoff!!!!
OK, Easter feast has come and gone. Of course I put on a few (5). But after the third day of the 18/4, it came off. This is my fall-back plan. I will use it every time I fall off the wagon.

I am on my second day and can honestly say I am STARRRVING!!! I have had a headache since evening of first day and have no energy. I am going to see through the 4 days but am not very hopeful after reading all the bad reveiws! I do feel lighter but will not weigh myself until morning after 4th day. I think eating sensibly and doing lots of exercise is the only way to go but wanted a boost. Watch this space.

This diet works. I wasn’t hungry while on it, either. On the morning of the 5th day, I weighed 13 pounds less than I started. I went off the diet and did not start gaining again for a month. I thought I would put it back on quickly, as I assumed that the loss was just water. Hind- site, I wish I’d stayed on it. I’m a junk food junkie. This diet is a -no kidding- do not cheat plan, but most of us can do ANYTHING for just 4 days. Maybe I just talked myself into another 4 days! Thanks, James Zeta, for the download.
