Every Diet was established in 2004 with an aim to document and outline every diet plan and program that has been published. Each plan is scrutinized, listing pros and cons, and sample meal plans from the diet.

Ted Kallmyer B.A. M.Ed (Editor)
Ted has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and a Master’s Degree in Education from The University of Maryland System. After 12 years in the public school system teaching biology, he now focuses on educating people through the internet using his vast knowledge of human biology coupled with his enthusiasm for fitness and healthy eating. He is an internet professional and health educator.
Mizpah Matus – B.Hlth.Sc(Hons)
Mizpah Matus received a Bachelor of Health Science Degree with honors from Charles Sturt University. She has also completed an Advanced Diploma of Herbal Medicine along with a graduate certificate in Nutrition Medicine.
Her major area of interest is diet and nutrition for optimal health and personal transformation. She has a special interest in raw food diets.
